Friday -- first visit to the pond! Remember we will be going out there regularly (probably on Fridays) I will try to remind you so that you can dress accordingly.
Homework -- go outside for about 15 minutes and observe nature. Write down a 1 paragraph reflection on page 12
Bonus points -- respond to this post with one sentence about the Riparian area (the pond) (by Tuesday)
One sentence. We helped maintain the pond area by removing unwanted stuff and replanted some of the extra plants in the water.
ReplyDeleteI learned that everything in the Riparian area is kept as natural as possible, which means that the seeds that fall from the tress will sprout wherever they land provided that the necessary growing things are available.
